Automating the processes of traffic generation

TrafficBotPro delivers the automation of traffic generation through a variety of important features, such as:

  • setting up proxy servers, which enables the generation of traffic from a range of IP addresses and locations around the world;
  • mimicking the activity of real users such as clicking on links, scrolling, and switching pages;
  • generates random user actions like time spent on a page, the order of pages visited, and the frequency of these actions;
  • enables running multiple traffic generation sessions simultaneously.

By meticulously configuring these tasks, you can automate specific actions, thereby enhancing engagement rates and overall website performance.

Advanced configuration of Digital Fingerprints and MAC addresses in TrafficBotPro

TrafficBotPro enables users to use various features for adjusting both general and specific digital traits of users including User Agent, resolution, alteration of WebGL and WebRTC settings, and other traits as well along with an adjusting component that can change audio-visual traits, plugins, and “Do Not Track” options to maintain privacy.

The interface of the TrafficBotPro application

There are 3 basic tabs that make up the interface of the application, arranged logically for easier operation – task automation, proxy settings, and virtual device creator. However, it should be emphasized that the application is mono-lingual, and therefore no translations other than English are available.

Manage Tasks

The tasks section is the most essential part of management in TrafficBotPro, which is called “Manage Tasks”. It has a few notable features, namely:

  • Add: this button opens a form that allows for a new task creation by providing the user with the resources to fill in such details as - task type, download URL, device type, proxy, and the custom behavior settings of the user;
  • Edit: assesses and changes what is defined by some parameters of an already existent task;
  • Remove: removes the selected task from the list of tasks;
  • View Logs: permits the view of the detailed reports regarding the execution of the defined tasks;
  • Schedule: opens the task scheduler interface assigning time for each defined task.

The top panel of this tab also has the qualifications of exporting and importing professionally as well as task configurations that might have been designed for pre-execution purposes for ease of managing tasks and other management processes.

For tasks created there is displayed: a type and name, the URL resource for downloading, the target device, proxy settings, existence of custom settings, success count and failure count, and what remains of the task: running, waiting, or stopped.

Device Center

Within the tasks defined in the “Device Center” tab, users create virtual devices to perform their browser or mobile automation tasks. Installing devices is done in the following way:

  1. All devices are created in groups; to create a new device group Click the “Add” button on the top panel, and the system will ask for a name for the new group.

    6.png

  2. Once the group is defined, it will be possible to add individual device profiles by clicking “Add” again or just select “Auto Create” and add multiple devices simultaneously.

    7.png

  3. In the “Auto Create” menu, the required number and type of devices have to be indicated. At this point, linking cookies, proxy servers, and other relevant settings can also be done as well.

    8.png

When done, the device groups created will be displayed on the main page of the “Device Center” tab for use in new automation tasks.

Proxy Center

In the “Proxy Center” tab it is possible for the users to add, edit, check the proxy servers, and group them according to their use scenarios.

The interface shows a list of all added proxy server groups and statistics about the number of proxies under each protocol type and their status at the time.

9.png

Let it be noted here that users are free to add a single proxy server or import a big list of proxies for mass management. Updating the operational status of the proxy is accessible by pressing the “Check” button.

Settings

The “Settings” tab is further subdivided into the main panes for the configuration of TrafficBotPro:

  • Chrome Application Path: this setting allows you to specify the path to an installed application of Chrome used to execute tasks.
  • Use Local Chrome: a switch used to make a locally installed version of Chrome either available or unavailable.
  • Chrome Extension Count: designate the number of installations of Chrome extensions that would create simulations to be in different experiences.
  • Random Browser Point: this option provides for “random” starting points for every session so that the starting point of every browser launch is not the same.
  • Disable Image: this option allows users to switch off the loading of images resulting either potentially in a reduction of data consumption or an improvement of page loading time.
  • Hide Chrome: it enables the function to hide the Chrome window whilst the operations are running so as to save on system resources.
  • IP Resolution Failed but Still Running: this option enables the tasks to persist even in the instance where the IP address is apparently unresolved enabling operations to continue without any such interruption.
  • Global Thread Maximum Limit: this feature sets the maximum global limit of concurrent threads.
  • 2captcha API Key: insert the area where the 2captcha service provides the application interface programming (API) key required for the dismissal of the captcha automatically.

Such configurations allow one to have full control over the settings and usage of TrafficBotPro in an enhanced manner for effective traffic management and more complex user interaction simulation.

The proxy group that has just been added will be shown on the “Proxy Center” tab and will be available to be assigned to the required devices when creating new tasks.

So, to finish off, let’s mention the main pros and cons of TrafficBotPro.

Advantages:

  • The graphic user interface of TrafficBotPro is simple and intuitive.
  • It provides a sufficient amount of features such as creating a digital fingerprint and proxy management.
  • Among all the features offered by the software, there are ways to adjust the bot activity, automate clicking and site visits, and many others.
  • Users benefit from task scheduling capabilities, enhancing operational flexibility.

Disadvantages:

  • The software is only available in English, which may limit its accessibility for non-English speakers.
  • It is also worth mentioning that comprehensive documentation is conspicuously missing, which may limit users' ability to use all available features fully.

In every respect, it’s an all-in-one instrument that is supposed to increase the rating of the sites and their promotion naturally throughout the search engines.
