Why a proxy is needed for Incogniton

To manage multiple accounts in the Incogniton browser without the risk of blocking, you need to set up a proxy for each of them. Then each account will have its IP address, settings, and history, and web resources will not track that accounts are managed by one person from one device.

With a proxy, your accounts will be under reliable protection, and you will be able to bypass any blocking and restrictions and always remain anonymous on the network. Therefore, if you already have a package of high-quality personal proxies, proceed to set up.

How to set up a proxy in Incogniton

1. Open a browser and sign in to your account.
2. In the sidebar, select the "Profile Management" section.

   

3. Click on the "New Profile" button to create a new profile.

   

4. Go to the "Proxy" section.

   

5. Select the type of your proxy server.



6. Enter the IP address and Port below in the format: IP address:port.



7. Next, enter the Username and Password of your proxy.



8. You can check if the proxy server is working. To do this, click "Check proxy". If the proxy is working, below you will see the corresponding inscription in green; if the proxy is outdated or has a bad reputation (which is often the case with free proxies), you will see red text.





9. Fill in the rest of the data to create a profile and click the "Create profile" button. The configuration is completed!
